We help you to avoid missing out on open positions or spending time interviewing just to discover that a position is not what you seek. But more importantly, we focus on finding your ideal scene. Fill out a questionnaire that gives us a detailed picture of your IDEAL scene (hours per week, setting, distance from your house, and 15 other points with priority ratings). |

We have our finger on the pulse of the industry as far as staffing needs. We match your ideal scene to employment opportunities by consulting our list of open positions as well as performing a search using your specific preferences. |

We provide you with profiles on each of the companies with openings that match your ideal scene. The profile includes information like their mission, how they operate, productivity, pay scale, benefits, and reviews by other medical professionals. |

Then we facilitate the process to get interviews set up during the times that are most convenient for you with the companies of your choosing. |

Medical Professionals- FAQ
What settings do you place medical professionals in?We help you find work in any setting you desire. We work with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), outpatient clinics, homecare agencies, school systems, rehabilitation hospitals and even nontraditional settings.
Does Pinnacle negotiate my salary or do I?You can work that either way- whichever you like better. We often help medical professionals negotiate for the best salary as that is part of helping you to find your ideal scene.
Do I need to provide my résumé?Yes- an employer will always want to see a resume before they agree to interview you. We need a resume in hand before we start looking for positions, because when we find you a position, we need to be able to send over a resume to secure your spot in the pool of candidates for that position. If your resume is up to date, please submit it here. If it is not up to date, please fill out the ideal scene questionnaire so that we can start keeping an eye out for what might excite you, while you get to work on your resume.
How do you get paid? / Do I have to pay for this service?Our service is completely free to you. The employers pay us a finder’s fee if and when we place you, but only if you stay past the probationary period. Which works out fine- it gives us even more motivation to find the just-right placement for you.
What should I provide for references?The employers ask us to check references to ensure that we finding them quality candidates. Therefore, at some point in the beginning of our search, we will need 3-4 references of medical professionals that you have known or worked with. We ask for 3-4 in case we or the employers have difficulty getting in touch with someone, there are still plenty of options so that the process doesn’t get held up. Please provide us with their name, discipline, phone number, address, and where you know them from. If you have them readily available, you can

Do you do VISA sponsorship for foreign therapists or nurses?No. We do not do any VISA sponsorship of any type for candidates. We can only accept applicants who either are United States citizens or applicants who have a green card.
